Place the almonds and salt in a large jar, and cover with water overnight (or about 12 Hours).
Drain the almonds and discard the soaking liquid.
Rinse the nuts and place in your Juiceman blender with three cups of water. Blend on high until almonds are completely pulverized. Using a fine mesh strainer, strain the almond-water mixture. (Tip: a knee-high hosiery can be used to strain liquid in place of a fine mesh strainer.)
Store the strained milk in a glass jar and place in the refrigerator for 3 Days. After patiently waiting for 3 days, you are ready to enjoy!
