Swap high calorie pizza crust for a low carb version made with cauliflower.
Place 2 cups of cauliflower florets in your blender and pulse, stirring often until small crumbs appear. Remove cauliflower and place in a microwavable safe bowl for 7 minutes to soften. Remove and add 1 egg, 1 cup shredded mozzarella, 2 Tbps grated parmesan, and any desired spices (oregano./basil).
- Roll crust out flat, dab dry and place on paper towel.
- Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Bake on a baking sheet/parchment paper for 17-20 minutes or until crust is golden brown.
