- 2 pounds of ripe bananas cut into ½ inch pieces
- 2 Tbsp whole milk
Place bananas on a sheet tray lined with wax paper and freeze until frozen through, at least 3 hours. In blender combine frozen bananas and milk until smooth. Add in your favorite flavor combination below!
Dark ChocolateBlend in 1/3 cup cocoa powder, ¼ cup whole milk and 1 tsp vanilla extract.
Strawberry OrangeBlend in 3/4 cup frozen strawberries and ¼ cup orange juice.
Coconut RaspberryBlend in ¾ cup frozen raspberries and ¼ cup coconut milk.
