Preheat oven to 350°. In a large bowl, combine all the dry ingredients (except for the fruit) and put into your Juiceman® blender and pulse lightly until ingredients are mixed. Line a large rimmed baking sheet with parchment paper. Pour in oil, syrup, and vanilla extract to your dry mix and stir well to combine. Pour granola onto your prepared pan and spread evenly. Bake for 20-25 minutes or until golden brown. Be careful as not to over cook as the granola will crisp more as it cools.
Allow granola to cool completely for about 1 hour. Now break it into pieces and add your dried chopped fruit.
Enjoy on yogurt or ice cream as a healthy crunch!
