- Place nuts in your Juiceman blender and blend until a dough like consistency forms, scrapping sides often. The consistency will transform from a flour- like texture, to creamy and smooth. At this point, you may blend in any flavoring ingredients (see below).
Chocolate Nut Butter:
Add in ½ cup sugar, ½ cup unsweetened cocoa powder, 2 teaspoons vanilla extract and ¼ cup coconut oil (not virgin).
Spicy Nut Butter:
Add in ½ teaspoon cinnamon, ¼ teaspoon nutmeg, 1/8 teaspoon of cloves, and a pinch of cayenne.
*Place nut butter in covered glass jar in refrigerator for up to 3 weeks.
