Rest Days

If you're feeling run down it can be hard to decide whether to exercise or take the day off. If you answer "no" to these statements, try to get moving and if you feel ok after ten minutes, carry on!   1. I have a fever.
  2. I've been feeling very tired and cold.
  3. I'm coughing continuously.
  4. My nose is running non-stop.
  5. I have a headache.
  6. I have no appetite or have been dealing with an upset GI system.
