Use Product: Compact Juice Extractor JM850
Yield: 4 Servings (Servings Size 1 Skewer)


  • 2 cups beet juice (about 3 pounds of raw beets)
  • 2 cups pineapple juice (about 1/2 pineapple)
  • Juice of 2 limes
  • 1 cup soy sauce
  • 1/2 cup brown sugar
  • 1 pound chicken breasts, cut into 2 inch cubes & skewered.


Mix all ingredients from beet juice through brown sugar together to make marinade. In a shallow dish, submerge chicken skewers with marinade. Let sit for at least four hours, or ideally overnight.

Strain and cook chicken skewers on grill or in the oven at 350 degrees Fahrenheit until internal temperature reaches 165 degrees Fahrenheit. Discard marinade.
